Job Title: Quality Engineer
In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating Quality Assurance activities to ensure customer-specific requirements are captured and implemented in relevant business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and ensure compliance with ISO9000, ISO13485, and ISO14001 standards
* Ownership of the PPAP process, validation process, and support for Customer and APQP processes
* Support Sales in capturing and understanding Customer Specific Requirements
* Lead projects to implement Customer Specific Requirements in relevant business areas
* Handle customer complaints through the 8D process
* Provide leadership on best practice Quality and training as required
* Review and complete customer quality documentation accurately and on time
* Lead improvement projects with cross-functional teams to enhance QMS
Requirements:
* Third-level qualification in Quality, Science, or Engineering, or equivalent experience
* Strong team member with quality improvement program identification and driving skills
* Liaising with suppliers and customers in an informed professional manner
* Excellent IT, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
* Interest in learning new skills and taking on new tasks
* Strong sense of urgency and flexibility
* Ability to prepare reports and present data graphically
* Effective communication with peers and Managers
Experience:
At least 3-5 years' relevant Quality Engineering experience
