We have a job opening for a part-time bookkeeper and general administrator based in our office in Blanchardstown Dublin 15. This role will be 20 hours per week and report directly to the company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responsibility for collection of debtor accounts
* Investigating and resolving queries
* Producing and posting invoices
* Assisting with accounts administration
* Co-ordinate and manage communication to ensure that information flows freely between accounts and office / field-based staff
* Supporting the Sales Team with processing of grants
* Promote process improvements
* Ad hoc tasks and projects may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis
Required Qualifications:
* Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Experienced in managing the main accounts activities in a small size company
* Experienced in month end process preparation to tight deadlines
* Fluent written and spoken English
