Sales Support Administrator

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Process orders efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
* Analyze customer queries, quotations, stock availability, order status, and pricing to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.
* Contribute to building brand profile through daily analysis of customer needs.
* Implement marketing and call-out campaigns as required in an efficient manner.
* Support and coordinate with internal departments as necessary.
* Gain a detailed understanding of Exertis and Apple ways of working.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 1-2 years of telesales experience.
* Results-driven individual with high levels of accuracy, drive, energy, and the ability to work on own initiative.
* Ability to balance individual work and team collaboration in a pressurized environment.
* Build relationships to support team members, share resources, and collaborate to achieve goals.
* Commercial acumen and awareness.
* General computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
