About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee a team of professionals in implementing and maintaining pharmaceutical and biological processes. As a Sterilization Process Engineering Lead, you will analyze and organize data for process flow sheets to ensure efficiency and accuracy. You will also model processes and unit operations to optimize production and conduct tests and measurements during various production stages to monitor control over key variables such as temperature, density, pressure, and viscosity.
Responsibilities:
* Oversight of team in implementation and maintenance of pharmaceutical and biological processes.
* Analysis and organization of data for process flow sheets to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
* Modeling of processes and unit operations to optimize production.
* Conducting tests and measurements during various production stages to monitor control over key variables.
* Troubleshooting and resolution of engineering issues related to processes or equipment in operation.
* Ensuring strict compliance with regulatory standards in all processes and procedures.
* Identification of opportunities for significant process or product improvements.
* Development and maintenance of project timelines and provision of updates and feedback to leadership.
* Management and coordination of all sterilisation activities.
Requirements
We are looking for an experienced professional with a Level 7 qualification in a related discipline and previous experience in people management and project management. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are essential.
