My client, a well-established provider of solutions within the construction and technology sector, is seeking a Legal Secretary to support their legal and finance teams. This is a 3-month temporary position on-site in Ballymount with the opportunity for extension—an excellent chance to gain valuable experience within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to the Finance Director and Head of Legal & Compliance
2. Assist with corporate governance, including maintaining records and filings
3. Draft, review, and manage legal documents, contracts, and agreements
4. Organise and maintain corporate legal documents and reports
5. Manage administrative processes and general office tasks
6. Support reception duties and ensure smooth daily operations
About You:
1. Minimum 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in a legal or finance setting
2. Proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
3. Proficient in MS Office with excellent organizational skills
4. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
