We are recruiting a Duty Manager to join our team in our latest venture Fruitality in Terminal 2 Dublin Airport.
The ideal candidate will:
* Have at least 1 year previous experience as a manager in a Juice Bar.
* Have an outgoing and friendly personality.
* Be a born people person and leader.
* Be proficient in written and spoken English.
* Be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be flexible and work well under pressure.
General duties will include, but are not limited to:
* Training and development of staff.
* Managing the day-to-day operations.
* Administration, cash controls and implementation of all HACCP and any other required training.
* Roster and stock controls.
* Dealing with any problems that may arise on a daily basis and reporting these to the General Manager.
* Ensuring all staff comply with Company policy and procedures.
* Providing and implementing a fast, friendly and efficient level of customer service to enhance the overall customer experience in the restaurant.
* Providing ongoing staff training and motivation to develop the skills of restaurant employees.
* Providing ongoing supervision of all service, presentation and dining areas.
