Job Summary
As a Duty Manager at Junction 14 Mayfield, you will lead our team in delivering an exceptional customer experience. This award-winning convenience store is fast-paced and busy, with a high volume of passing trade.
Responsibilities
* Manage and motivate staff throughout the site, delegating duties as needed.
* Implement company operating standards on a daily basis.
* Provide consistent management presence throughout the site, assisting all departments during busy periods.
* Promptly resolve customer complaints and report incidents in the handover diary.
* Ensure tills have sufficient change and comply with cash holding policies.
* Process coin orders, oversee till reconciliation, and balance the supervisor safe daily.
* Conduct regular site walks to identify issues with equipment or potential security risks.
* Maintain staff dress code and ensure employees take required breaks.
