You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing KPMG's external communications strategies in Ireland.

Highly digitally literate with excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.Confident informed interviewer, comfortable dealing with senior colleagues and with video briefing and production.
Proven experience in generating ideas and creative input to support thought leadership resulting in high levels of content engagement in multiple formats.
End-to-end campaign management experience, from planning through to execution.Skilled in repurposing content and distilling complex topics into concise and compelling stories for business audience in digital formats A team player with experience in video and digital media as part of wider integrated campaigns and with an interest in business, technology, and industry issuesWell organised with an ability to communicate with confidence with senior business leaders Strong interpersonal skills, drive, and enthusiasmHigh standards in terms of accuracy and attention to detailProficiency in digital communication tools, social media platforms, and content management systems.Your responsibilities and achievements will evolve as you enhance your career with us.
Here is what you can initially expect:Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborating with senior internal stakeholders, digital marketing specialists and the wider marketing team to develop innovative video and digital content solutions as an integral part of marketing campaigns and thought leadership promotion.Campaign planning, execution and evaluation: Working as part of a wider marketing team, planning, delivering and evaluating specific digital and video and components of thought leadership and the wider marketing mix as part of overall campaign delivery.Content creation: Planning, scripting, shooting, and overseeing the editing of high-quality video content, including interviewing senior subject matter experts on a wide range of business issues, insights, event recaps and related service offerings across our audit, tax, consulting and deal advisory services.Digital insights: Creating content optimized for digital either directly or via potential freelance supportBrand Management: A key role in safeguarding and enhancing the firm's brand identity and reputation through consistent messaging and branding.Your team:The Marketing team comprises approximately 40 professionals who devise and implement a variety of marketing campaigns and initiatives on behalf of our internal clients.
