The HR Support Analyst will play a pivotal role in collecting, compiling, and analyzing HR data, metrics, and statistics across North Cork Creameries to inform decision-making related to recruitment, retention, engagement, diversity, and policy compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include collecting and compiling HR metrics and data from various sources such as the time and attendance system, employee culture surveys, exit interviews, employment records, coaching sessions, training databases, and other relevant systems.
Analysis of data and statistics will identify trends and patterns in areas like recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Reports will be prepared summarizing data results, presenting findings to the HR Manager, and making recommendations for improving organizational culture.
Policies and activities aimed at enhancing the work environment will be suggested, including strategies to attract qualified candidates, motivate employees, address staffing issues, and maintain legal compliance.
Induction programs will be arranged and conducted for new hires, covering all aspects of the recruitment process from advertising to on-site induction.
Data will be cleaned to eliminate errors and ensure meaningful analysis of datasets.
Manual and automated analysis using various tools and programs will be performed.
Internal HR compliance audits will be conducted or assisted.
Daily HR queries will be addressed in liaison with employees.
Additional duties may be assigned by the HR Manager.
