I am recruiting for an Accounts Assistant on behalf of Real Estate company based
in Dublin City Centre. The ideal candidate would have at 2-4 years of Accounts
Payable/Accounts Receivable experience. This is a great opportunity for someone starting out in their career who
wants to gain mentorship and complete their ACCA exams. If you are someone completing
your ACCA exams or the Accounting Technician’s Course, this role will offer you
great progression and mentorship to help you grow in your career. Responsibility:Process and manage
a high volume of invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of paymentsMaintain accounts
payable records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory
requirementsLiaising with stakeholders
to resolve queriesProcessing monthly
payment runs from the system and sending for approval Requirements:2 - 4 years of
experience in an Accounts Payable roleGood understanding
of IT systems and MS Office suitePrevious
experience in Real Estate is an advantage, but not requiredAbility to
manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environmentThis role is ideal
for someone who is starting out in their career and wants to join a finance
team where they will be working alongside another Accounts Assistant reporting
