Hyundai Cars Ireland are seeking an Area Sales Manager to join our expanding team.
Job Description: This role is under the Remit of the Head of Sales, the successful candidate will report into HoS daily Responsible for managing a percentage of the Hyundai Dealer Network Monthly Dealer Visits to dealers under appointed remit Relationship Management with Dealership personnel (Management / Sales / Aftersales / Marketing etc.)
Dealer field reports to be completed upon visit, no later than 24 hours after visit and sent to SMT Continued monitoring of local market share performance within remit, identify potential issues that may be causing under performance Consistent review of Dealer Data via internal systems and retention link of existing customers.
Ensuring our Primary Financial Partner, is well represented at Dealership level regarding Finance Penetration Dealer Stock levels monitored on weekly basis ensuring all models are represented Dealer Standards in Dealership Showroom set up, new car display, POS positioning Facility walkarounds to be carried out on each dealer visit to ensure Brand standards are being met Current Demonstrator vehicles review on each visit, ensuring that vehicles are present and displayed in a professional and clean manner and demo policy T&Cs are adhered to.
Ongoing monitoring of each Dealers AOR performance (Pump In / Pump Out) Supporting dealers in assisting them with stock queries and working with Distribution Dept.
to secure required stock to fulfil sold orders Tracking dealer performance vs. KPIs (Targets / CRM / Activity on Sales Campaigns etc.)
Consistent monitoring of Hyundai HCX / NPS score on both Sales & Aftersales Attending weekly Internal Sales Meetings Agenda Setting / General Discussion Assisting HCI Fleet Dept.
via Dealer Visits Ensuring there is a fleet strategy in dealerships Assisting HCI Marketing Dept.
ensuring brand standards are being met professionally and plans are received on time and meet criteria set out by Marketing Director Assisting HCI Training Dept.
by ensuring all new faces are set up on LMS Assisting in dealing with any potential customer queries that are received into Head Office and liaising with the dealership id applicable.
Monitoring and working with Head of Sales on Aged stock and derogation campaigns Responsible for an element of our range online ensuring specification and detail is correct on National Website Assisting in competition analysis reporting to SMT to be done monthly so changes are identified ASAP Ensuring a high-quality level of support and feedback is supplied to your dealers on all the above items Assisting Dealers with Hyundai Retention System, Active Prospect Campaigns and Data Input Feedback etc Essential Skills & Experience Industry wide knowledge of the Motor Industry.
