HR Advisor (French Speaker) - Dublin (Remote)
Our technology client in Dublin city centre is seeking an HR Advisor (French Speaker) for a 12-month contract, with the possibility of fully remote work. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive HR support, handle queries, and collaborate with specialist HR functions on various projects.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide guidance and support on HR matters.
2. Manage a high volume of employee queries and tickets in a fast-paced environment.
3. Assist employees with internal HR tools and systems.
4. Support the implementation of HR initiatives.
5. Coordinate with HR specialist functions.
6. Ensure timely responses and a positive employee experience.
7. Apply knowledge of French employment laws to support employees.
Requirements:
* Fluency in French and English, with strong communication skills in both languages.
* At least 2 years of HR experience.
* Deep understanding of French employment law.
* Experience supporting HR functions such as Leave of Absence (LOA), Payroll, and Benefits.
* Experience with Workday or other HRIS systems.
* Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent in HR or related field.
* Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
