The Role:
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Data Consultant to join our team. This role will be instrumental in defining and implementing a comprehensive data strategy for our SaaS business, focusing on data acquisition, management, storage, reporting, and analytics. You will work closely with key stakeholders across the business, providing insights and guidance to ensure the data architecture and flows are optimal for the company's growth.
What you'll be doing:
* Data Strategy Development: Define and drive the overall data strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and SaaS-specific needs.
* Data Acquisition & Management: Define the strategy and processes for data collection, integration, and management, ensuring high-quality, reliable and actionable data.
* Data Storage & Architecture: Advise on the design of scalable data storage solutions and optimize data flows to support operational efficiency.
* Reporting & Analytics: Collaborate with key stakeholders on the approach for data reporting and analytics, to drive clear KPIs and performance metrics that inform business decisions.
* Salesforce Integration: Leverage Salesforce expertise to integrate and optimize CRM data for reporting, analysis, and strategic decision-making.
* Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams, senior leadership, and external partners to communicate data insights and influence business strategies.
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience as a Data Consultant, Data Strategist, or similar role, specifically within a SaaS environment.
* Strong Salesforce experience with the ability to integrate and manage data within the platform.
* Expertise in designing and implementing data architecture and data flows.
* Solid understanding of data management, data governance, and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL, etc.).
* Demonstrated ability to define and execute data strategies across a complex business environment.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and collaborate cross-functionally.
* Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.
* Knowledge of data security and privacy best practices, including legislative and industry regulations.
* Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics) or equivalent experience.
