Job Description
As a Quantity Surveying Intern, you will assist in tasks such as progress applications, variation submissions, and contracts administration while supporting the team with weekly and monthly reporting.
You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and industry experts, contributing to the successful delivery of cutting-edge projects across various sectors including pharmaceutical, life sciences, data centre, and construction.

Your Responsibilities
* Report directly to the Project Manager and support the Project construction team.
* Assist the team with monthly progress applications.
* Generate and substantiate variations for all projects.
* Participate in site progress walks.
* Assist in the production and coordination of weekly construction reports.
Requirements
* Pursuing a degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction, or Engineering.
* Understanding of construction industry practices and technologies.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, and external partners.
* Organisational and planning skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Proficiency in MS Office systems.
* Appetite for continuous personal and professional development.
