Purchase Ledger Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Purchase Ledger Specialist to join our Finance Department at TES, an award-winning environmental engineering company.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with all duties within the Finance Department, including:
* Supplier reconciliations and inputting purchase invoices
* Producing reports in line with business goals and targets
* Assisting with budgeting costs for projects and overheads
* Resolving invoice discrepancies and issues
* Reconciliations of Nominal Ledgers to P&L and BS
* Investigation of costs that fall outside acceptable parameters
* Supporting the implementation of SAGE SICON modules within TES Group Ltd and TES Power Ltd
You will work closely with the Finance Director to develop and implement timely reporting systems, including weekly and monthly KPIs. Your skills and experience will also be utilised to produce Management Accounts, Intrastat returns and VAT Returns as required.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* At least 3-5 years' experience in a similar role
* Ability to use your own initiative and produce reports in line with business targets and objectives
* Full Driver's License
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* Good communication and problem-solving skills
