Job Title: IT Senior Manager of Supplier Performance Management
The IT Senior Manager of Supplier Performance Management plays a pivotal role in ensuring optimal performance, compliance, and value delivery from IT suppliers.
This role oversees the governance, relationship, and performance management of strategic IT vendors, aligning their contributions with the organization's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supplier Performance Management: Develop and implement performance metrics, scorecards, and SLAs to evaluate and monitor supplier performance consistently.
* Conduct regular performance reviews, addressing deviations and implementing corrective action plans when necessary.
Relationship Management:
* Establish and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Act as escalation point for supplier-related performance issues, resolving conflicts and ensuring mutual objectives are met.
Contract and Compliance Oversight:
* Establish and maintain a robust supplier governance framework around contractual obligations.
* Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards, as well as internal policies and procedures.
Strategic Planning and Alignment:
* Collaborate with procurement, IT, and business stakeholders to align supplier performance strategies with organizational goals.
Risk and Issue Management:
* Proactively identify risks associated with supplier operations and implement mitigation strategies.
* Monitor market trends to anticipate potential disruptions and adapt supplier strategies accordingly.
Reporting and Analytics:
* Develop and present regular reports on supplier performance, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.
* Utilize data-driven insights to recommend and implement performance improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
* 10 years in IT, supplier performance management, or procurement
* People Management experience (Global Team)
* Certifications such as ITIL, CIPS, or PMP are an advantage
