Job Summary
A Business Development Manager with experience in technical sales is required to drive sales growth and business expansion across Ireland for a leading international refrigeration storage company. This role involves building strong client relationships, identifying innovative solutions, and optimizing inquiries to maximize opportunities.

* Manage all inquiries to achieve maximum potential for each opportunity.
* Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and growth potential.
* Proactively seek new business opportunities in large or long-term accounts across various sectors.
* Monitor market trends and identify new growth opportunities while negotiating contracts to maximize profit.
Requirements:
* Technical Sales experience in BtoB sales within an MNC environment.
* Proven track record in pipeline management from identifying prospects to closing sales.
* Experience in air-conditioning or refrigeration sales is advantageous.
* Driven and highly-motivated individual.
