This is a key role focused on selling recruitment advertising and employer branding solutions through well-established platforms in Northern Ireland.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a background in digital sales, recruitment, or advertising and be ready to make an immediate impact.
You will work closely with clients, developing tailored solutions to enhance their recruitment strategies and employer brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and manage a portfolio of clients, fostering long-term relationships.
* Identify and secure new business opportunities in recruitment advertising.
* Deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals that address client needs.
* Proactively seek opportunities for repeat business and upselling additional services.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
* Use CRM systems to manage client interactions, track pipelines, and maintain follow-ups.
* Stay updated on digital media trends and advise clients on best practices.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Minimum 2 years in a sales role, ideally in digital media, recruitment, or advertising.
* Strong understanding of digital media, recruitment advertising, and social media platforms.
* Full clean driving license with access to a car (company covers travel expenses).
* Ability to engage and influence clients at all levels.
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
