We're currently recruiting for the next culinary director for this fabulous property steeped in history.
Some of the duties you'd have as the Culinary Director:
1. Supervising the kitchen staff and providing leadership and guidance
2. Managing the operations of all outlets including organizing the workflow and hiring new staff members as needed
3. Monitoring food costs and inventory levels to ensure that the hotel is meeting profit goals
4. Managing the kitchen staff, and conducting performance evaluations
5. Ensuring that food preparation meets health codes and standards by conducting regular inspections of the kitchen facilities, storage areas, and equipment used in the preparation process
6. Create and implement new menus
The ideal Candidate will have:
7. extensive knowledge of the kitchen operation and all the new culinary trends
8. excellent communication and people skills to teach and motivate kitchen staff
9. prior experience overseeing multiple outlets in a 4- or 5-star environment
Salary: 6 digits
