Administrative Role in Motor Industry
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our warranty and service team on a fully onsite basis in Dublin 22.
Main Responsibilities:
* In conjunction with the Warranty Manager, process warranty claims according to brand requirements and timelines.
* Verify warranty status of vehicles in response to customer requests.
* Maintain accurate logs of claims submitted versus reimbursements received from manufacturers.
* Review warranty literature and communicate requirements to staff internally and externally.
* Prepare for and facilitate all warranty audits.
* Assist with service department administration, including invoicing and other duties as required.
* Cover service reception as needed.
Key Requirements:
* At least 3 years of experience working as a Service/Warranty Administrator in a dealership environment, preferably in HGV.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Highly flexible and organised with strong administrative abilities.
* Familiarity with Dealer Management Systems, preferably Kerridge CDK.
