The RoleReporting to the Head of Process & Technology, the Natrix Program Lead is fully responsible for the definition, tracking and adherence to schedule and budget of the Natrix NPI project. Management of internal and external stakeholders across the business and R&D is a key part of the role. The scope of the project includes detailed design, facility fit out, equipment commissioning, validation and commercialization of the membrane conjugation and devices.Duties Include:Develop and manage overall project plan using standardized tools which integrate key activities of all the project process phases.Definition, tracking & adherence to schedule.Definition, tracking & adherence to budget.Management of resource plan.Management of internal and external customers to drive effective communication and decision making.Provide clear communication of the overall scope, timing, funding requirements and resource needs. Clearly communicate overall business need and deliverables to all team members as well as concise, effective communications to key stakeholders.Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, ability to manage and communicate across boundaries, build cross-functional collaboration, and influence without direct authority.Highly self-motivated with a strong desire to drive and deliver resultsWho You AreA minimum of 5 years experience in a Production Engineering or Project Management role within a manufacturing environment.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or other relevant field.Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) and/or Project Management education and training an advantageExcellent verbal, written & interpersonal communication skillsProcess driven and experienced in standardizing and simplifying work processesExcellent facilitation and presentation skills, advanced in MS PowerPoint and ExcelAble to develop executive level presentations and reports in an efficient mannerGood stakeholder management skills across all levelsExperience in working in a complex matrix organizationAbility to develop and apply structured change management techniquesCompetencies such as leadership skills, influencing skills and being a Change Agent.
