* Training, mentoring, and developing chefs to grow their skills and passion.
* Working closely with the executive chef to shape the overall food offering.
* Ensuring a seamless and efficient kitchen operation with a focus on quality and consistency.
What We’re Looking For
* A chef with a five-star background and a passion for using the finest ingredients.
* Proven experience in a high-profile, fast-paced hospitality environment.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a large brigade.
* A detail-oriented approach, ensuring excellence in every dish.
* Previous experience in managing kitchen operations, food production, and labour costs.
* A recognised culinary or kitchen management qualification would be an advantage.
