This role is ideal for a finance graduate with 1-2 years of experience in accounts. Your Experience:
* Experience in a busy accounts environment, preferably in retail or hospitality.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and assist with additional tasks as needed.
* A willingness to learn and expand your knowledge within the role.
* Previous office experience, such as finance administration, AP/AR, or payroll administration.
* Strong communication skills to effectively work with multiple departments.
Your New Responsibilities:
* Assist with audits and financial reporting.
* Process daily cash receipts, credit card transactions, and vouchers, ensuring accurate reconciliations.
* Manage supplier payments, including all associated tasks.
* Daily reporting of corrections and adjustments, circulating reports to relevant management.
* Oversee accounts receivable, issuing invoices and chasing creditor payments.
* Support month-end stocktakes.
