Joining Bonus of £400 (T&C Apply)
Pay Rate: £13.17 + an extra £1.50 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 AM, bringing your rate of pay to £14.67 per hour.
Shift Pattern: scheduled between 3:00 AM- 11:00 PM, including weekends.
* Successful candidates will be required to provide references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check in line with Airport Security Regulations.
* Applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts and will be required to handle and serve alcohol.

AS A SHIFT MANAGER YOU’LL:
* Have at least 1 year experience working as a supervisor in hospitality or retail role.
* Take charge of creating a clean, welcoming atmosphere that surpasses customer expectations.
* Guide and support your colleagues, maintaining a safe working and dining environment.
* Coordinate team efforts, overseeing the unit's opening and closing.
* Focus on operational efficiency, championing improvements and simplifying operations.
* Recognise and celebrate exceptional service within the team, leading by example.
* Build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and ensure the team's success.
