Procurement Manager - Real Estate & Workplace
An 11-month contract role with hybrid working options is available for a Procurement Manager at PE Global. The successful candidate will be based in Dublin and work on behalf of a cloud-based software client.
Job Responsibilities
1. Competitive Benchmarking: Identify key benchmark suppliers in RFx efforts.
2. Cost Modelling and TCO: Perform Cost Modelling and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) for tender evaluations.
3. Contract Management: Manage contract to completion, develop negotiation approach, fallback positions, acceptable terms and conditions through to closure, and identify and manage all violations and exceptions to existing supplier contracts.
4. Supplier Strategy: Follow the Supplier strategy, selection, execution, and compliance as outlined by the Senior Global Sourcing Manager.
5. Tender Process: Manage the end-to-end tender process from creation to selection to contract implementation.
6. Business Planning: Coordinate Suppliers and internal customers and review supplier and business roadmaps.
7. Supplier Management: Perform Supplier audits, identifying areas of improvement and the plan to address.
8. Category Sourcing: Assist Senior Global Sourcing Managers in developing the category sourcing plan.
9. Business Partnering: Become a trusted advisor and partner to Business divisions and stakeholders.
10. Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with the global sourcing team and the wider GPO team.
11. Sourcing Initiatives: Lead/support the maturation and continuous improvement of sourcing.
Requirements
* Market Intelligence: Support efforts to identify the latest trends in technologies and industry offerings.
* Sourcing Experience: Demonstrated experience with multiple sourcing categories including, but not limited to Real Estate and Workplace.
* E-tendering and ERP Systems: E-tendering and other ERP systems and tools.
