An exciting opportunity exists in the Warehouse Department, a key component of the Supply Chain function. Our team is responsible for Receiving, Material handling and storage, issuance of materials to Production / Packaging and shipping, and associated documentation.
Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace is crucial
• Assist in achieving environmental, health, and safety goals by adhering to all general plant and department safety policies.
• Ensure timely and accurate receipt of materials
• Verify that all materials are accurately located and controlled both physically and on SAP.
• Issuance of material to manufacturing and Packaging
• Shipping of product and non-inventory items in accordance with SOPs
• Complete area verification in accordance with SOPs and cGMPs (ie returns/staging/fixed bins etc)
• Perform all assigned duties according to departmental SOP's and cGMP's.
• Stay up-to-date on proper procedures by reviewing current, revised, and new SOP's relating to the job and to the department.
• Complete and remain current with all required cGMP and safety training.
• Perform tasks in warehouse that complement the manufacturing and business objectives of the Business units and provide on-time delivery to customers.
• Complete all required documentation associated with the supply of materials.
Qualifications:
• Leaving Certificate or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years experience within a warehouse environment, preferably in a pharma/regulated environment.
• High awareness of safety standards within a regulated GMP environment.
• Experienced computer user with skills in Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.
• Good understanding of SAP and Warehouse processes.
• Familiarity with AbbVie Products and processes.
• Forklift driver qualification
