Job Title: Senior Occupational Therapist (Part-Time, Older Persons Service)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our Integrated Care Programme for Older Persons (ICPOP) in Ennis. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic outpatient multidisciplinary team, providing essential interventions to clients at risk of increasing frailty.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised intervention plans for older adults at risk of frailty
* Implement goal-focused occupational therapy interventions to support functional independence in daily living activities
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care plans for each patient
* Provide expert advice to patients, families, and carers on adaptations, assistive technology, and rehabilitation strategies
Requirements:
* CORU Registration as an Occupational Therapist (or eligibility to register)
* Minimum of 3 years' post-graduate experience, preferably in an acute hospital, rehabilitation, or community setting
* Experience in older persons care, frailty management, or rehabilitation (highly desirable)
