Finance Administrator I am working with a Cork-based company that are seeking an Accounts Administrator with a keen eye for detail.
This position provides the chance to be part of a dynamic finance team, contributing to the efficient management of financial processes and supporting daily accounting activities.
Duties: Managing and resolving customer queries Save payroll reports and maintain up-to-date records.
Prepare and file VAT and RCT returns Assist with the annual financial audit.
Handle general payroll inquiries.
Manage sales invoicing, customer statements, and overdue account follow-ups Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts Invoice daily Commercial system notifications and non-commercial invoices.
Investigate and resolve supplier queries.
Other Ad-hoc duties as required by the business.
Requirements: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and independent.
ATI qualification is an advantage.
Payroll administration and invoicingdesirable.
Excellent communication and Excel skills.
Strong administrative, organizational, and business support skills, with the ability to multi-task.
