Lead PM, R&D Product Development Process Excellence, GBU Operations

Responsibilities:
* Enable optimization of ADI new product development cycle times.
* Develop and advance new product process structure for all ADI production solution types.
* Work closely with key stakeholders such as Global Business Operations, Supply Chain Management, Global Operations & Technology, Financing, Engineering Enablement, Pricing, Manufacturing Finance, and IT to identify opportunities to optimize all aspects of the new Product Development Process Structure at ADI.
* Propose and drive implementation of process structure improvement initiatives.
* Drive a culture of continuous improvement by ensuring appropriate project development lessons learned activities are built into roadmap process structure improvements.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations or other relevant fields.
* 5+ years of experience in New Product Logistics, Project Management, Operations; experience in the electronics industry is preferred.
* Broad end-to-end knowledge of the product development lifecycle processes.
* Ability to build strong partnerships and collaborate effectively across the enterprise to drive change.
* A problem solver who can quickly assess situations, collect relevant input from subject matter experts and drive manageable solutions.
* Solid understanding of functional systems, financial systems, and data management.
* Excellent communication skills and delivering presentations for multiple audiences.
* Strong understanding and use of effective Change Management methods.
* Creative, innovative, and driven to explore new ways to address challenges.
