We are currently seeking a Sales Development Executive to work with our clients, a manufacturer and supplier of high-performance modular building systems for eco-friendly homes. This role offers the opportunity to develop new relationships across Ireland while generating sales through effective management and development of new customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Generation: Establish contact and build relationships with potential clients.
* New Client Database: Develop and maintain a database of clients, including Architects, Building Developers, and Engineers.
* Account Management: Provide support, information, and guidance to ensure client satisfaction.
* Career Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of business development activities on the CRM system.
* Reporting: Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
* Lead Generation: Utilize online data mining tools and personal network to generate leads.
* Finance Support: Assist in credit management by collecting outstanding monies and resolving issues.
* Opportunity Identification: Identify and evaluate business opportunities within the industry.
* Sales Research: Conduct research and analyze sales options.
Requirements:
* Experience: 5 years minimum experience in construction industry sales.
* Qualification: Relevant qualification based on construction studies with strong technical knowledge.
* Performance History: Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets within the construction sector.
* Relationships: Established relationships in the construction and business community.
* Licensing: Full driving license is essential.
