About the Role
A leading construction contractor is seeking a Bid/Marketing Coordinator to play a key role in the preparation of bids and the development of marketing materials to support the company's ongoing growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and prepare tender and bid submissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
* Develop high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, case studies, and presentations.
* Maintain and update the company's database of project information, case studies, and client references.
* Support the creation and implementation of marketing strategies, including online and offline campaigns.
* Manage social media content and updates on the company website.
* Assist in organizing events and networking opportunities to promote the company.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a bid, tender, or marketing coordination role, ideally within the construction industry.
* Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe In Design, Photoshop, or similar software is an advantage.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
* A creative mindset and a proactive approach to tasks.
* Relevant qualification in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred).
