The Role
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Service & Maintenance Manager to grow our private customer base and drive the expansion of our service division.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategies to increase the number of private clients for our service department.
* Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with homeowners, landlords, property management companies, and developers.
* Work closely with the marketing team to create campaigns that target new customers and retain existing ones.
* Oversee customer service operations to ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business.
* Collaborate with the service teams to enhance service offerings and pricing strategies.
* Track key performance metrics and report progress on customer growth and revenue targets.
Requirements
* Proven experience in business development, sales, or service management within the heating, plumbing, or HVAC industry.
* Strong knowledge of heating systems, including heat pumps and gas boilers.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and take initiative in growing a client base.
* A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
* A valid drivers license and willingness to travel as needed.
