Job Title: Flatbed Rigid Driver
Are you a skilled and reliable driver looking for a stable career opportunity? We have an exciting position available for a flatbed rigid driver to join our team in Cork, Ireland.
This full-time role operates Monday to Friday with regular working hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating a flatbed rigid truck, ensuring timely and secure transportation of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
* Load and unload cargo efficiently, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
* Plan and follow designated routes while complying with road traffic laws.
* Conduct routine vehicle checks and report any maintenance issues promptly.
* Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle inspections.
* Provide excellent customer service when delivering goods to clients.
Requirements:
* Valid Category C driving licence.
* Up-to-date CPC and tachograph card.
* Proven experience as a rigid truck driver, preferably operating a flatbed vehicle.
* Ability to work independently and follow schedules effectively.
* Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
