What is the Role: As the Senior Customer Insights Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how AIB Group understands and influences customer behaviour.
Reporting directly to the Head of Customer Insights, you will generate valuable insights from both internal and external research sources to inform our customer strategies, propositions, and comprehensive communication initiatives.
Key accountabilities; Decision Making: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design, draft, and finalize research briefs.
Analyze research findings to identify strategic implications for the business and proactively address key customer issues and opportunities.
Problem Solving: : Simplify complex issues and devise innovative methods for generating deeper insights that provide a competitive edge.
Use customer insights to uncover new opportunities and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
Ensure alignment between business and customer needs through effective communication and influencing skills.
Level of Influence: Shape marketing strategies and programs by leveraging customer insights.
Develop comprehensive briefs for stakeholders and agency partners, and evaluate in-market activities to ensure alignment with customer agendas.
Leadership: Act as a technical expert in your domain, possibly leading a team to achieve objectives and drive impactful change.
What you Will Bring ; Technical Experience: A minimum of 10 years in customer and market research, either on the agency or client side, with extensive knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
Sector knowledge: A solid understanding of service-based businesses and their commercial dynamics.
Experience in the financial services sector is a plus but not mandatory.
Strategic thinking: Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
You will excel at crafting compelling narratives from diverse insights, both qualitative and quantitative.
Communication skills: Exceptional presentation and communication abilities, capable of influencing large groups and senior stakeholders.
You should be adept at telling impactful stories that resonate.
