Our client is a leader in the Steel Fabrication and Furniture market in Ireland. They are looking to recruit a well-organised, energetic, and enthusiastic sales manager to manage a sales team and drive sales within the company.
Your new role:
Based in Tuam, Co, Galway, this role involves nationwide travel. Responsibilities include:
1. Achieving and surpassing sales targets
2. Negotiating orders
3. Identifying new products and markets
4. Developing customer relationships
5. Monitoring sales figures
6. Implementing performance improvement strategies
7. Cooperating with other teams
8. Providing sales reports
9. Independently managing performance according to KPIs
What you'll need to succeed:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent negotiating skills and a proven sales track record. The ideal candidate can produce individual results while driving the team to achieve monthly and annual targets. They should be able to work independently, identifying new products and markets. Strong communication skills are essential for establishing, growing, and managing relationships. A full clean driver’s license is required, and experience in steel fabrication or construction would be beneficial.
