Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Mobile Crane Operator to join our team in Galway City on a full-time basis.
* Setup and operate mobile cranes according to manufacturer specifications
* Adhere to lift plans and risk assessments during operations
* Conduct thorough inspections of clearances, overhead lines, and other safety parameters
* Evaluate ground conditions to ensure safe crane operation
* Regularly inspect cranes for defects and wear
* Perform daily machine safety checks
* Maintain accurate logs and records of operation activities
* Rapidly report any issues or concerns
* Ensure the crane is kept in good condition and clean
* Collaborate with banksman and others to guarantee site safety
* Perform other related duties as assigned by management
* Prior experience in a similar role
* Safe Pass certification
* Manual Handling training
* CSCS Mobile crane ticket
* CSCS Slinger/Signaller (advantageous)
Monday – Friday, 07.00 – 18.00
€22.50 - €29 (DOE)
