Quality, Risk & Safety Project Administrator
Location:
Tullamore or Mullingar (Hybrid working may be available after 12 weeks employment)
Tenure:
Fixed Term (Full-time) 12 months
The Quality, Risk & Safety Project Administrator will work with the QRS Manager to drive quality improvement initiatives, build relationships, and work in partnership and collaboratively with multiple internal and external stakeholders. They will support the Quality, Risk & Safety team in leading out on QRS priorities, using innovation and technology to support continuous improvement.
The successful candidates must be able to demonstrate the following:
1. Relevant third level qualification.
2. Good data processing and administration experience.
3. Previous experience providing administrative support to project teams.
4. Experience working with databases and IT systems.
5. Experience of working in the community/voluntary/public sector desired.
6. Excellent communication skills.
7. Excellent data input skills.
8. Strong working knowledge of Systems, Databases, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Forms.
9. Excellent organisational, logistical, and I.T skills an advantage.
10. An understanding and commitment to Muiríosa’s Vision, Mission, and Values.
11. The ability to organise own work in order to manage multiple priorities.
12. The ability to present information clearly, concisely, and confidently when speaking and writing.
13. The ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to assist performing the role.
14. Displays professional knowledge and skills in order to undertake role.
15. Initiative and Motivation.
