Job Description
Location: Jacksons Hotel, Railway Road, Ballybofey
We are looking for a reliable and friendly Night Porter to join our team. As a Night Porter, you will be the face of the hotel during night hours, ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests. You will provide assistance in late check-ins, answer queries, handle basic cleaning tasks, and carry out safety checks to maintain a secure environment.
About The Role
Key Responsibilities
1. Welcome guests arriving late and assist with check-in procedures.
2. Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly and courteously.
3. Maintain a visible presence around the hotel to ensure guest safety and security.
4. Assist with general cleaning tasks and light housekeeping duties.
5. Prepare and set up breakfast service for early morning guests.
6. Prepare all meeting and events set ups.
7. Carry out safety and security checks around the premises.
8. Handle basic administrative tasks and assist with end-of-day reporting.

Desired Criteria
1. Previous experience working on night shifts.
