Senior HR Manager

The Job:
As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR duties, including:
* Employee engagement
* Designing and delivering new HR processes and procedures
* Recruitment (external hires and internal moves)
* Overseeing training and learning development programs
* Benchmarking compensation and benefits activities
* Taking ownership of HR projects and budgets
* Driving HR change throughout the organization
Your Skills and Experience:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A 3rd level degree in HR, business studies, or a related discipline
* 4-5+ years of experience in a HR Manager or senior HR level BP/Generalist role
* Experience gained in a manufacturing, engineering, or construction environment (advantageous but not essential)
* Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft applications (particularly Excel)
* Strong attention to detail, interpersonal, and project management skills

This is an excellent opportunity for a suitably qualified candidate with excellent scope for further growth and development. Salary will depend on candidate skills and experience, but expected to range up to approximately €75k - €85k.
