Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure all works are carried out to the highest Health & Safety standards.
* Maintain quality control and ensure adherence to project-specific procedures.
* Provide accurate setting-out information and communicate it effectively on-site.
* Coordinate and liaise with foremen, subcontractors, and design teams.
* Review and critique detailed design, ensuring suitability for construction.
* Manage site records, materials, and workforce to keep projects on schedule.
* Drive efficiency and profitability through proactive site management.
Requirements:
* A degree in Engineering or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
* Experience with main contractors, subcontractors, or surveying firms is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of Health, Safety & Environmental regulations.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and similar tools.
* A proactive, results-driven mindset with excellent communication skills.
