Job Title: Accommodation Supervisor
The Diamond Coast Hotel is seeking a highly organized and experienced Accommodation Supervisor to join their team. As an Accommodation Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction in our luxury accommodation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Accommodation Manager and Assistant Accommodation Manager in maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
* Promote good team relations and ensure fairness and consistency in all dealings with team members.
* Hold daily team briefings to ensure effective communication and ensure a high level of hygiene throughout the department.
* Ensure an appropriate and comprehensive customer feedback system is in operation and the results are reflected in services and training.
* Manage stock control systems effectively in area of responsibility.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years experience in a similar role.
* Must be organised and efficient with a proactive approach.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
