HR Generalist 3 Month contract Dublin 12 - Hybrid after training €45,000 Pro rata Immediate start You will collaborate with the HR team, operational manager managers, and teams to provide operational and strategic HR support, helping to implement people initiatives that align with organisational goals.
Responsibilities: ?Act as the first point of contact for managers and employees on general HR queries and processes.
?Support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, probation, performance reviews, and exit processes.
?Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives in line with company strategy and employment legislation.
?Partner with line managers to manage employee relations issues such as disciplinaries, grievances, and absence management, escalating complex cases as needed.
?Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and support decision-making.
?Help deliver training sessions and workshops on HR policies and best practices.
?Contribute to projects relating to employee engagement, talent management, and diversity & inclusion.
?Maintain up-to-date employee records and ensure accurate HRIS input and reporting.
?Support recruitment activities, including job descriptions, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
Qualifications & Experience: ?HR Degree or CIPD qualification (desirable) ?2-3 years of experience in a generalist HR role or HR advisory position.
?Experience in Security Services (Highly beneficial) ?Solid understanding of Irish employment law and HR best practices.

Experience supporting line managers with day-to-day HR issues.
