Channel Account Manager
A dynamic and customer-focused individual is required to join our team in Dublin, leading a portfolio and driving growth.
Main Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
* Negotiate trade terms and funding aligned with category strategies.
* Manage key events such as product launches, price changes, and trade term breaches.
* Develop and implement customer and joint business plans with internal teams.
* Create and execute promotional plans ensuring customer alignment.
* Oversee investments ensuring agreements are documented.
* Work with trading executives on promotion administration.
* Manage new product launches and ensure smooth in-store activations.
Requirements:
* At least 3 years of relevant account management experience.
* Experience managing accounts at a National level is advantageous.
* Strong commercial background with exposure to P&L management.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team.
* Previous experience leading and developing direct reports is a plus.
