Our client, a property real estate company, is seeking an administrator for a busy accounts team.
This role, based in Dublin City, is for a short-term assignment of 2 – 4 weeks with an immediate start.
The successful candidate will be required to:
Filter and sort through invoicesUpdate invoices to the in-house systemUpdate MS Excel with client and billing informationRespond to general queriesLiase with departments for query escalation and resolutionPerform data entryThe ideal candidate will have:
Strong administration experiencePrevious accounts or finance experience (an advantage)Excellent knowledge of MS ExcelAvailability for immediate startExcellent communication skills
