We are currently inviting applications for a demi/ Chef de Partie to join our Kitchen team. A qualified chef to a demi chef de partie or chef de partie level is required for the main kitchen with a further 2+ year experience coming from a similar hotel/ restaurant background necessary to join our team. Your will be required to demonstrate your experience, your passion for food, your food knowledge and cooking skills. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills under the guidance of the Head Chef. This is a great opportunity to grow & develop a career. As part of your duties, you will be required to:
Maintaining high standards of food preparation and service of the afternoon and evening service.
Be aware of all food preparation standards and that they are met at all times.
Ensure that food that is prepared and presented is of high quality.
Ensure food safety guidelines & HACCP are maintained and monitored.
Assist in other sections of the Kitchen as required.
Fluent English both spoken and written.
This is a full-time position which includes weekends and evening shifts.
