Marketing Manager
The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity to join our client’s team. They are a small team making a big difference. Their mission is to help good causes like charities, schools, and parishes by making it very easy for them to fundraise.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who will help their existing customers grow their fundraisers and increase the number of organisations that use their service. This is a great time to join and grow your role as we are growing fast.
The ‘must have’ requirements for the role:

* Excellent communication skills including presentation, written, verbal, and active listening skills.
* Must have excellent skills with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

* Proven ability to work on your own initiative and be results-driven.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Must have a full Irish driving licence and own transport.
This is primarily a remote desk-based role located in Ireland with occasional travel to conferences and team meetings in Ireland.
Main goals of this role:
* To increase the number of organisations and groups that use our fundraiser service.
* To help our existing fundraiser customers retain and grow their supporters.
Skills & Experience
You will have the skills and experience in most if not all of the areas outlined below:
* Prepare and execute a marketing plan to grow our company.
* Design and manage marketing campaigns to grow the number of fundraising organisations and groups that use our service.
* Plan and manage marketing campaigns to retain, retarget, win back, and grow the number of supporters of organisations that use our fundraiser service.
* Data analysis.
* Digital marketing, social media, content design, and production.
* Advertisement (online & print) – design and manage advertisements.
* Organise and exhibit at events and exhibitions.
* Present our service to organisations interested in using our services.
* Customer engagement and insights – work closely with customers, feedback surveys, presentations, analytics, data analysis, etc.
* Market understanding and analysis.
* Website and social media presence, manage and enhance.
* Design and manage special fundraising events to complement our regular fundraiser.
* Internal process management - For each of the above functions you will need a keen eye for detail as you will prepare and process plans, documentation, commercials, trackers, records, data, reports, etc.
