Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Office Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our construction office, ensuring efficient workflow and effective communication among team members.
You will manage project documentation, coordinate schedules, and support the project managers in various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain project files and documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
Assist in budgeting and financial tracking for projects.
Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is in working order.
Foster a positive work environment and support team collaboration.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar role within the construction industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and construction management software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of construction terminology and processes is a plus.
