Role
Our international tax team is currently seeking to hire International Tax Advisory Managers and Senior Managers to support our continuing growth.

Core responsibilities:
13. Providing international tax advice to some of the world's largest multi-national groups
14. Working on large and complex cross border transactions and high-profile mergers and acquisitions
15. Assisting clients in developing international tax strategies and keeping up to date with international tax developments
16. Responsibility for a portfolio of International Tax Advisory clients - PLC's, US headquartered MNCs and private groups
17. Working with Partners, Directors and other team members in providing advice to clients on a wide range of international tax advisory projects
18. Project management of Irish and cross border projects
19. Researching and resolving technical queries from clients
20. Liaising with Revenue and foreign tax authorities
21. Opportunities to work closely on deals with our Corporate Finance and Transaction Services colleagues
22. Managing a team of approximately five employees (Seniors & Trainees)
We ideally need you to have the following on your CV:
23. Qualified accountant (Chartered Accountant or equivalent) and/or member of the Irish Taxation Institute
24. Strong technical knowledge of Irish tax and an interest in international tax projects and developments. Minimum of four and a half years in a professional tax environment, in practice or in industry including some time at manager grade or equivalent.
