Evening Shift Production Manager
Our client an established FMCG company located in Co Cavan, is seeking a dedicated Evening Shift Production Manager to join their dynamic team. This pivotal role will have you overseeing evening operations, focusing on efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement across all aspects of the production process.
Excellent Salary on offer: €55-60k
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth adherence to production schedules, maximizing productivity, and minimizing downtime while supporting maintenance schedules to achieve operational excellence.
Quality Assurance: Uphold top-notch standards by implementing GMP policies, facilitating inspections, and striving for continuous improvement to meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets.
Cost Management: Effectively manage labour costs, achieve cost savings, and optimize full-time equivalent (FTE) employment to contribute to the company's financial health.
Compliance and Standards: Exceed quality, environmental, and health & safety standards. Adhere to HR policies and proactive risk management to maintain compliance and operational integrity.
Leadership and Development: Lead by example, embodying the company's values of challenge, urgency, and openness. Manage and develop your team in line with company policies, providing feedback, and fostering a supportive and productive environment.

Knowledge of Lean management, continuous improvement techniques, and HR principles.
