Key Responsibilities
* Interview, select, and train Team Members
* Direct the work of Team Members
* Appraise Team Members' productivity and efficiency
* Handle Team Member issues
* Discipline Team Members
* Plan work and distribute tasks among Team Members
* Ensure safety and security of Team Members and the store
* Manage department budget and inventory
* Monitor compliance measures
Requirements
* Experience: Retail leadership or supervisory experience, or Store Leader recommendation
* Education: High school diploma or equivalent
* Certification/Licensing: Varies by department
* Lifting Requirement: Up to 50 pounds
* Age Requirement: At least 18 years of age
